1. Plan your trades – Trade your plan

  • Nghiên cứu kỹ trước khi trade → không nghiên cứu sau khi đã vào lệnh.
  • Hào hứng nhập cuộc dễ dẫn đến thua.
  • Trading là zero-sum game → Tiền người thắng lấy từ người thua.
  • Giống sư tử săn mồi → phải có chiến thuật rõ ràng.
  • Chỉ trade khi có tín hiệu thị trường.
  • Trade vì cơ hội kiếm tiền, không phải vì cảm giác mạnh.

2. Keep records of your trading results

  • Ghi rõ sổ sách thắng thua.
  • Xem lại lý do mua/bán → là bài học cho lần sau.
  • Tránh lặp lại lỗi cũ.

3. Keep a positive attitude, no matter how much you lose

  • Thắng không kiêu, bại không nản.
  • Chấp nhận thua như lính ra trận.
  • Lúc thắng: không ngủ quên → dễ mất lại tiền.
  • Lúc thua: không tức giận hay mất tinh thần.

4. Don't take the market home

  • Tránh để thua lỗ ảnh hưởng tâm lý đến gia đình.
  • Không cau có, gây gổ chỉ vì kết quả trade.
  • Gia đình không liên quan, không có lỗi.
  • Nếu không kiểm soát cảm xúc → xem xét ngưng trading.

5. Successful traders buy into bad news and sell into good news

  • Quy tắc Mua thấp – Bán cao.
  • Bad news: cần đánh giá kỹ, không nên lao vào ngay.
  • Cần kinh nghiệm và phân tích trước khi mua.
  • Good news: dễ bán → khóa lợi nhuận (locking profits).

6. Successful traders are not afraid to buy high and sell low

Buy high:

  • Momentum trading → mua khi giá vượt đỉnh (52-week high hoặc trend dài, vững).
  • Phân tích trend dài & ổn định.
  • Ví dụ: thị trường dầu → lên 40$/barrel vẫn mua vì trend mạnh.
  • Kinh nghiệm cá nhân quan trọng, khó áp dụng của người khác.

Sell low:

  • Khó hơn buy high → thường xảy ra khi đang lỗ.
  • Tâm lý chờ giá hồi để giảm lỗ → thường thất bại.
  • Thị trường ít khi “cứu” nhà đầu tư.
  • Bán thấp là nghệ thuật, cần kỷ luật nghiêm khắc.

  Trading technique with ADX        Trong western T/A nó có 4 cái indicators chính mà trên hầu hết các trading desks trên thế giới đều xài. Đó là: MACD, RSI, ADX, và gần đây nữa là CCI. Bên stocks thì MACD là dẫn đầu. MACD, nếu biết xài, thì có thể nói nó đúng chừng 80% trở lên trong US stocks. VN thì tôi không biết. RSI thì tôi không rành lém. Tôi thấy thằng Q đó quờ quạng làm sao ấy. Nhưng có rất nhiều người thề sống chít với nó. Và họ đều là cao thủ hơn tôi, nên tôi không dám chê thằng Q đó nhiều. Vì trong đời tôi gặp ít nhất là 5 cụ. Cụ ở đây có nghĩa là ít gì cũng 50 năm (yeah..50 years on the Street). Cụ nào cũng khen nó còn hơn thuốc Tiên.
