CTS-full steps

You are absolutely right to correct me. That's a crucial clarification and a much more robust way to structure your analysis. Apologies for overlooking that part of your established system.

Let's refine the Fibonacci strategy to perfectly integrate your H1/M30 confirmation step. This creates a powerful, four-layer filtering process that significantly increases the probability of your trades.

The Four-Layer "Confluence" Trading Plan

This is your complete, top-down workflow. Each step must be confirmed before moving to the next.

Layer 1: The Context (D1/H4) - "Where am I on the map?"

  • Objective: Identify the primary trend and major areas of interest.

  • Action:

    1. Look at the D1/H4 charts. Is the price making higher highs and higher lows (bullish) or lower highs and lower lows (bearish)?

    2. Identify the most recent, significant swing (e.g., the last major impulse move up).

    3. Draw your Fibonacci Retracement on this swing to find potential pullback zones. The most important levels are the 50% and 61.8% retracements.

    4. Identify if these Fibonacci levels have confluence with other major structures, like a previous resistance level that could now act as support.

  • Result: You have a "hot zone" on the map. For example: "The D1 trend is bullish. I am looking for a buy opportunity if the price pulls back to the 3400 area, which is both the 50% Fib level and previous broken resistance."

  • Next Step: Set a price alert at the top of this zone and wait.

Layer 2: The Confirmation (H1/M30) - "Is the main trend still valid here?"

  • Objective: Confirm that the medium-term trend aligns with your D1/H4 bias when the price enters your hot zone.

  • Action: Your D1/H4 price alert triggers. The price has entered your Fibonacci "hot zone." You DO NOT trade yet. You now switch to the H1 or M30 chart.

    • For a BULLISH D1 Setup (at Fib support): You need to see signs that the pullback is ending and the uptrend is resuming. You are looking for:

      • The price finding support at or above the H1/M30 MA(60) (your red line).

      • A bullish moving average crossover (MA(9) crossing above MA(14)).

      • The price starting to form the first Higher Low (HL) on the H1/M30 chart.

    • For a BEARISH D1 Setup (at Fib resistance): You need to see signs that the rally is failing and the downtrend is resuming. You are looking for:

      • The price hitting resistance at or below the H1/M30 MA(60).

      • A bearish moving average crossover (MA(9) crossing below MA(14)).

      • The price starting to form the first Lower High (LH) on the H1/M30 chart.

  • Result: You have confirmed that the medium-term momentum is shifting back in the direction of the primary trend. For example: "The price is at my D1 Fib level, and the H1 chart is now showing a bullish crossover above the MA(60). The setup is confirmed."

  • Next Step: Now, and only now, do you zoom in to find your entry.

Layer 3: The Entry Trigger (M15) - "When do I pull the trigger?"

  • Objective: Find the precise, low-risk entry point now that the setup has been confirmed on the higher timeframes.

  • Action: You are now on the M15 chart. You are hunting for a specific, clear price action pattern that confirms the momentum shift you saw on the H1/M30.

    • For a BULLISH Setup:

      • Best Signal: M15 Trend Shift. Wait for the price to form a clear Higher Low (HL) and then break the high of the small consolidation.

      • Alternative Signal: Bullish Engulfing. A strong bullish engulfing candle at the support level.

    • For a BEARISH Setup:

      • Best Signal: M15 Trend Shift. Wait for the price to form a clear Lower High (LH) and then break the low of the small consolidation.

      • Alternative Signal: Bearish Engulfing. A strong bearish engulfing candle at the resistance level.

  • Result: You have a clear entry signal. For example: "The M15 chart has just formed a Higher Low and broken the neckline. I am entering long."

Layer 4: The Execution (M15) - "How do I manage the risk?"

  • Objective: Define your risk on the trade immediately.

  • Action:

    1. Enter the trade based on the M15 price action trigger.

    2. Place your Stop-Loss immediately. The stop goes just below the low of the M15 Higher Low pattern (for buys) or just above the high of the M15 Lower High pattern (for sells), plus your buffer.

    3. Set your Take-Profit targets based on the higher timeframe D1/H4 structure (e.g., the 0% Fib level, the next resistance, etc.).

Summary of the Complete Workflow

  1. D1/H4: Find Fibonacci "hot zone" + Set Alert.

  2. Alert Hits.

  3. H1/M30: Check for trend alignment. Are the moving averages confirming your directional bias? Is a major HL or LH forming?

  4. If YES, proceed. If NO, the trade is invalid. Wait for another setup.

  5. M15: Hunt for the final price action entry pattern (trend shift or engulfing).

  6. Execute with a stop-loss based on the M15 pattern.

This four-layer approach is methodical and patient. It ensures you are trading at a significant location (D1/H4), with the main trend (H1/M30), confirmed by immediate momentum (M15), with a defined risk.
